«Z'GÄDI» - YOUR HOLIDAY HOME?
In 2019 the former hay and sheep barn was renovated and found a new lease of life. Cozy wood and modern functionality invite you to relax. A sustainable district heating system, powered with wood chips from the local forest, ensures warmth while a wood-fired oven adds cosiness in the colder months.
The holiday home «z'Gädi» is located in the village part with the field name «Michligschrota» and is ideally located to discover Ernen, the Binntal Nature Park, the Aletsch Arena (Fiescheralp, Bettmeralp, Riederalp) and the Goms valley.

ERNEN - THE VILLAGE
The village with its 300 inhabitants seems quiet and idyllic but has much more to offer. Ernen is known for its extraordinary architectural heritage, which was continuously protected and preserved with a lot of effort. Already in 1979 these efforts were awarded with the Henri Louis Wakker Prize - it pays off, the village is unique.
Ernen is also known as the music village. The concert series, which attracts musicians and music lovers alike, offers a wide range of classic music concerts from June to September.

THE REGION
Music Village – Binntal Nature Park
Aletsch Arena – Goms Valley
Ernen and thus the «z'Gädi» (the barn) is the ideal starting point to discover the extraordinary nature of the Upper Valais. The variety of activities, cuisine, fauna and flora is difficult to experience in just a few days or weeks. The region offers relaxation and entertainment for young and old. It is therefore not surprising that the Goms and the Aletsch Arena draw many guests into their spell.
